* Our lifetime warranty only covers what we state will not happen, if your TROPIC piece is lost, stolen, damaged on purpose or damaged through a third party we cannot cover this. Failure to provide a photo of the faulty item voids the warranty.

TROPIC applies a fair use policy within the lifetime warranty, reserving the right to reject claims if the policy is abused.
