1.1 Important notes
What happens if I entered an incorrect shipping address or want to change it?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at tropicdepartment@gmail.com before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it is very difficult to change, there is a high chance that the product is going to return to our warehouse and we will have to ship it again, we won't cover the shipping costs. However, if you notice you have this issue, contact us and we will try our best to solve it.

For orders shipped to the Canary Islands or outside of the European Union, customs duties/taxes may be charged in some cases, and the buyer is responsible for paying any necessary taxes, VAT, and customs fees that may apply to shipping to their country.
If you do not agree to this, please refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us.
TROPIC Creations is not responsible for any taxes, fees applied to shipping, or any fees applied at customs, so the buyer is responsible for paying the required amount.
2. Return Policy
TROPIC Creations wants all family members to be satisfied with their jewelry, so if you have any issues with the product, please contact us immediately to resolve any problems at tropicdepartment@gmail.com
TROPIC Creations will cover return shipping costs only if the order is received damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered. Our customer service team will work to verify the return request and will contact you to provide the corresponding instructions if the return is approved.
2.1 Exchanges and Returns
TROPIC Creations goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of its customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) in exchange for a Gift Card.
To make a return, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 3 business days from the delivery date. Once the 3-day limit has passed, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
The refund will be processed for the value of the purchased product, excluding shipping costs. Once the items are received, they will be inspected, and a refund will be issued based on the condition of the returned items.
If an exchange is requested, the customer must purchase the desired item using store credit. TROPIC Creations will not be responsible for the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment.
